DXN Code Strike important thing you need to know is being at a caloric deficit and that's the only thing that's really going to change here with me versus you is the proportions the portions and everything that you're going to be consuming each day because everyone's body is different so in my case I'm trying to lose fat so I'm at going to eat at a caloric deficit so I'm going to be eating less calories with my body normally on any given day now it's important to find out what your basal metabolic rate is your BMR that's basically the number of calories that your body naturally burns for the day that might that number is going to vary depending on your age your metabolism you know how much physical activity you do throughout the day for example if you have a construction physical labor job you're going to burn more calories and it's going to be a higher BMR and someone like me who sits in the office all day in front of a computer so knowing what your BMR is really important in my case it's about 2,500 calories so if my BMR is 2500 calories in order for me to lose body fat I want to consume 300 to 500 calories less every day so about 2200 to 2,000 calories each day that's what that's going to do is my body is going to be at a deficit and it's going to start to burn fat which is stored energy as fuel okay so it's going to burn fat if you go to much less calories than what your body needs and your body will start to burn muscle mass which is what you don't want so a lot of people they try to lose weight so fast and they go they restrict themselves so much and what happens is they're burning a lot they're burning fat but also burning a lot of their muscle and everything which isn't good and then also you have the yo-yo effect as well which is you are restricting y


ourself so much and then oftentimes you end up binging out and everything because your body is depleted of nutrients and it basically needs to make up for that and a lot of people end up gaining a lot of weight when they try to diet like that so one thing I've learned is you want to do it slowly and in a healthful way don't try to be too extreme if you burn 500 calories less per day that's 3,500 calories oh no sorry that's 3500 calories per week 3500 calories per week is one pound of fat okay so losing one pound of fat a week is a good number to aim for now if you want to put on musc DXN Code Strike Order le mass then all you're going to do is you're going to add 300 to 500 calories per day on top your basal metabolic rate so in my case would be 2800 to 3,000 calories a day now again it has to be good calories it has to be good nutrition and of course the amount of protein fat and carbs will play a role as well as your workout program if you're lifting and stuff that will help you put on muscle mass but generally 300 500 calories more and that's doing it without gaining body fat if you keep me if you eat too much more if you too much of a surplus than what your body needs your body starts to store all those extra calories as body fat so that's basically what it comes down to to fat loss and putting on muscle of course supplements can play a role it can help your metabolism and also your workout program and cardio but the biggest

DXN Code Strike body each day to support my health give me energy and at the same time making sure that I can look good and lose the body fat as well so I'm going to share to you guys some of the supplements that I take and everything I do just from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed and my structure my routine my ritual with that and if you guys want to adopt some of the stuff that I do great I'm not perfect by any means either so maybe there's certain foods and stuff that could be better in my lifestyle as well but this is just what works for me and what I'm doing so okay so the very first thing that I put into my body first thing in the morning is water so I'm gonna walk you guys through that right now so the water that I have here I'm gonna have to do a close up for you guys but this isn't an alkaline water ionizer and I'm going to turn it on and show you guys what this is exactly it talks to you but out of this machine it creates alkaline water restructures the water to make it alkaline and you can also make acidic water and different levels of pH of the water the water that I drink is 9.5 alkaline there's a lot of other benefits to this as well such as it's a changes in micro clusters of water so water molecules usually get from a tap or a bottle they're all clumped together and so when you drink it it doesn't go into the cells because it's all clumped again that's why a lot of people they drink a lot of water just kind of sloshes around in their stomach and everything it's not being absorbed whereas this water machine what it does is

DXN Code Strike health is a lot more important than Fitness you can be really fit doesn't mean that you're healthy you know so I'm going to share with you guys some of the strategies and some of the things that I put in my these on an empty stomach first thing the morning I also take them with my meals as well it just helps me digest my food a lot better absorb the nutrients from it a lot better as well so empty stomach take my mass times another thing to take is L carnitine L carnitine is something I take on an empty stomach and it basically helps you with you know in combination with an exercise routine burn fat so L carnitine mass times I drank my water and another thing I do often as well as I have matcha green tea so this is matcha tea here it's an ancient Japanese green tea and I take out my kettle and I'll just have that and this is a bit of caffeine there's a lot of great benefits to green green tea I try to avoid caffeine so I don't do this every day because I think that caffeine can be useful in some circumstan


ces but I don't like being dependent on it and when you're always dependent on caffeine or coffee or whatever it is then the days that you don't have it you can't function properly and you often crash a lot of the times too so I like to take matcha tea I think it's just a more natural better quality better high from caffeine as well but I don't do this every day just o DXN Code Strike Order nce in a while the next thing that I do is I make my juice so I just made this juice and just prepared it I didn't want to spend time you know you guys watching me prepare my juice so I'm gonna be more efficient with this but this is just a juice that I just made and basically what I do is I juice different vegetables a lot of greens this is as you can see the color of this is green so a lot of greens like kale spinach celery broccoli collards shards I do put in some lemon as well so I'll juice 1/2 a lemon a little bit of a carrot usually about one carat or so just to add a little bit of sweetness carrots and stuff have sugar in it so I don't like to have a lot of sugar and everything in my diet but just to add a little bit more flavor to it and everything cucumber that that's essentially it I basically just juice a ton of vegetables and drink it each morning now it's great to drink some sort of juice on an empty stomach first in the morning because when you do something you get rid of all the pulp and so when you drink it your body doesn't have to spend any time or energy to digest it and so therefore it just goes right into the bloodstream and

Kitts out in the islands his girlfriend picked me up lyokha actually there was his ex-girlfriend at the time but they were friends she's like 21 20 years old and a year later you know dekhta he comes back from England she'd moved on had a boyfriend had a relationship and he came in and he shot her in her in her mom's shop and since the mom probably made a fist hissy fit about he shot her too in the face and then he waited for the cops to come and he was facing hanging I guess because it's governed by either than English or the French or something like that but he wound up getting a double life sentence and he's sitting behind bars but the irony of that is I was there like eight or nine months before it actually happened oh so his nickname was brutal Bertil Fox brutal and he's one of those head cases that he didn't drive he had the anger management testosterone thing going on very low self-esteem great body bu

m Dorian but what I will take away from it is that the beauty of bodybuilding was lost when the 90s expired because once Ronnie Coleman pushed the envelope of course Jay Cutler came behind him you started finding athletes that just weren't willing to go swim in the deep end and do the things necessary to look that way let's talk about some of those things is that are we talking about growth hormone we talk about insulin but what are the things absolutely man the evolution of the chemistry in the sport of bodybuilding was happening at the same time in baseball  Alpha Testo Boost and in football of course even in wrestling did you know the wrestlers from the WWE in the WWF which whatever one gonna call it these guys started getting smaller and softer I mean look at Brock lesner today I mean once the crackdown started happening they're a shell of themselves but it was the wild wild west it towards the late 90s because people are combining these chemicals which are changing the chemistry of the core of what bodybuilding actually is and I don't want to say that the natural side of bodybuilding was taken out of the sport but I think this science just got too carried away looking a little bit good right a lot it's just not the same give me a couple of beers I'm laughing with you give me six and I'm throwing up I'm sure
